Second Post

Well, the response has been overwhelming! No, seriously, thanks to those of you who have expressed interest in this. Let me know if it helps the flow of information any. Does anyone have any questions that need answered, especially pertaining to Youth Retreat? Have you guys been getting your flyers in the mail? I think a mailing went out awhile ago. We are working on getting the details hammered out, so give me your ideas! K?

AND the HHYC website is back up! Unfortunately, all the forums were deleted so guess what! We get to start over...AGAIN! So start posting!! :)

First Post

Well, this is something new that I thought I would try. I don't know why the HHYC website is down, but I thought this might be something informative and fun that we could do. Post comments and let me know what you'd like to see!

The first thing I want to talk about is Youth Retreat. It's going to be April 28-30 this year. As usual, we will start registration Friday evening and will have some opening activities that night. Saturday's schedule will be much the same as previous years. We are planning some fun stuff! Jason Dodson is the speaker. The price is the same -- $35 if you are a returning camper, $5 off for each new camper you bring, and if you are a new camper, the cost is $30. You also get a free t-shirt with registration!

Youth Retreat is always a wonderful opportunity to reaquaint yourselves with friends, draw closer to God, eat a lot of good food, and just generally have a really great time!

Let me know what you think -- about this idea of a blogspot for HHYC. And for you Xanga people -- I will try to figure out if I can add a Xanga to my account without having to start a whole new account. Any ideas?
